Omegafriends Background:
Very little has changed in Cyborg's background from canon, though what parts of canon have unfolded are mixed up a bit. Slade obviously never fell into a pool of lava, so he's still a nemesis, but most of the other canon leading up until the end of the series has taken place, including forming a network of Titans all over the globe. The main Titan's Tower and Jump City are in Southern California, and the Titans have had an alliance with the Omegafriends for the past year. Titans have access to the Omeganet and Omegafriends can contact Titan communicators.

Cyborg is heading up to Venture City for two reasons. One, he's worried about Robin, who has been obsessing over Slade again. Two, the Omegafriends have actually approached him with a project. It seems that some of the older Omegafriends have been a bit annoyed by the teen superheroes that hang around the Omegabase, making messes, engaging in teen drama, being loud, etc., and feel that perhaps there should be a safe teen hero hangout in town for them to go to (like a super version of the Boys & Girls club). The old Alpha Pals lookout tower on Bay Island has been closed for decades, but has been deemed to still be structurally safe (and has a connection to the Omega underground train network), so Cyborg has been called on to renovate it into a combined Titan and Omegafriend teen base. He has left Titans East in charge of Jump City for now, and asked Raven to come with him to help with the project.

Personality:
Cyborg is boisterous, outspoken, and fun-loving. He enjoys playing video games, tinkering with his tech and eating absurd amounts of food. He is loud and speaks his mind, and tends not to to things half-way. He can overdo things on occasion, especially when challenged by other boys.

On the negative side of things, he can be stubborn, overly competitive, and a sore loser. He doesn't like being bossed around, and he doesn't like losing, and has let his anger about these things get the better of him on multiple occasions, causing fights with his friends, though they always make up.

Cybor is also know for taking great personal pride in his inventions and constructions, becoming almost obsessive about them. For this reason, he tends to foster an immense dislike for anyone abusing his technology for selfish reasons, especially Gizmo and Brother Blood, and to be overprotective of his most personal projects, like the T-Car.

He also possesses a tremendous appetite, and he will consume any food within his reach when hungry. His favorite food is barbecue and he also especially enjoys milkshakes, pizza, and waffles. There are foods he dislikes though, including Starfire's cooking and tofu.

It should be noted that Cyborg is very sensitive about being a cyborg. He misses being human, and often mopes about being "unnatural". Before joining the Titans, he tried to hide his cybernetics under sweat and a hood, though now he is more open about it thanks to friends who support him for who he is.

Powers:
Cybernetics:
A large part of Cyborg's human body was replaced with cybernetic implants encased in depleted promethium plating, and at least half of his brain has been replaced by computers, rendering him highly resistant to mind control. He has the survival requirements of both a human and a machine: he needs food, air, water, and sleep in addition to power for his battery and lubricants for his joints.
The cybernetics bestow Cyborg with the following abilities:
-Greatly increased strength and endurance.
-Enhanced durability against damage, resistant to adverse conditions like extreme heat, cold, and sea pressure.
-Advanced sensor arrays.
-A variety of tools (a saw, a welding torch, a flashlight, etc.) stowed in his arms and fingers.
-Cyborg's inbuilt offensive capabilities include his trademark Sonic Cannon (one in each arm), smaller sonic blasters located in his feet, two sets of missile launchers (one in each shoulder) and a couple of missiles in his chest..
-He is capable of detaching both arms from his body, either attached to a cable as a grappling hook, or launched as flying projectiles. He is able to remotely control them once detached, making them useful for reconnaissance and surveillance.

Genius Intellect:
Cyborg is an expert in the fields of mechanical engineering, robotics, physics and computer science. In addition to maintaining his own cybernetic systems, Cyborg is in charge of the technology within Titan's Tower, such as their security, analytic and electrical systems. He also invented his own specialized vehicle, which he dubbed the "T-car".
